Censorship and resistance:

“O Avesso da Pele” tells the story of Pedro, the son of a man murdered in a police attack. The work addresses racial issues such as structural racism, police violence, fetishization, and sexualization of black bodies. Despite censorship in some states, the inclusion of the work in the UFRGS entrance exam reinforces the importance of discussing social issues and promoting diversity.
