This Thursday (28th) the news was released that the Vasco Rossi striker was close to signing with Santos. The news, reported by journalist Thiago Fernandes, revealed the player’s desire to seek new opportunities, given the lack of opportunities at Cruz-Maltino.
Rossi, signed by Gigante da Colina in August 2023, will therefore conclude his stay at Vasco. The athlete was used by Ramón DÃaz in 2023 for the Brazilian Championship, in the campaign to stay in Serie A, and for this year’s Carioca Championship. In total there were 18 matches in which Rossi scored a goal and provided 5 assists.
According to journalist Lucas Pedrosa, the striker, who also played for the club in 2019, was the one who made the request to leave the club.
