The RPL will send one million rubles to the victims of the Crocus terrorist attack for each goal in the 22nd round
The Russian Premier League will hold a rally in support of those killed and injured in the horrific terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow.
The league noted that goals can help in the most difficult times, and not just bring joy.
“The number of goals scored in the 22nd round of the Russian football championship will be multiplied by one million rubles. We will send the entire amount to the Russian Red Cross,” the League’s official statement said.
The RPL stressed that football unites and that all the events that happened are a common pain and tragedy.
The 22nd round will open with a match between Dynamo and Rostov.
