The court rules that Dudu, of Palmeiras, owes assets to his ex-wife

At the beginning of the separation, shared custody of the couple’s children was defined, with maintenance for Mallu Ohana

Summary

The TJ-SP ordered Palmeiras player Dudu to share his assets acquired between 2009 and 2020 with his ex-wife Mallu Ohana, after the athlete appealed against the ruling defining the sharing at 50/50 for each.

The TJ-SP has ruled that Palmeiras footballer Dudu will have to share assets acquired between 2009 and 2020 with his ex-wife Mallu Ohana. The trial between the Palmeiras player and Mallu has been ongoing since 2020.

With two children, the couple maintained a relationship from 2009 to January 2020. At the beginning of the separation, shared custody was defined, with child support and Mallu maintenance for a period of two years.

Dissatisfied with the agreement, the defense of Dudu’s ex-partner, represented by lawyers Marcus Vinicius Rosa and Alessandra D. Matall, filed an appeal requesting the partial division of the assets acquired by the couple during their relationship.

According to information from g1 who had access to the trial, the Court accepted the lawyers’ request and issued an agreement in 2023. However, the athlete’s defense appealed, but the TJ-SP did not accept the appeal this month.

After the agreement, the player appealed against the sentence issued at the 2nd Chamber of Private Law, which defined the sharing in the proportion of 50% for each in relation to the assets accumulated during the union.

Wanted by Earth, advisors to player Eduardo Pereira did not comment on the case until the end of this report. The space remains open.
