Sergei Semak: Crocus terrorist attack is a shock to any normal person

Zenit football club announced that all profits from ticket sales for the RPL match against Baltika will be donated to the families of those killed and injured in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow.

“The Bleus-Blancs-Bleus will unite to support the victims of the tragic events that occurred in Moscow,” Zenit said in an official statement.

Zenit and Baltika will play the 23rd round at the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg on April 7.

The team’s coach, Sergei Semak, called the events in Moscow a shock for any normal person.

“Regarding the support of Serbian fans, I would like to say a huge thank you to them for their empathy with our people,” Semak said.

The tragedy occurred on the evening of March 22. A group of armed criminals broke into the concert hall before the performance of the band Picnic. After shooting at the visitors, the attackers started a fire and fled.

Previously, KP-Sport wrote about the sports world’s reaction to the tragedy at Crocus City Hall. Also, a fan ran onto the field during a Russian match for 30 million rubles. Finally, the head of the ISU was surprised by the number of medications that figure skater Valieva was taking.
