Pavel Pivovarov: matches were canceled after the terrorist attack not only on Dynamo and Krylia
The general director of the Dynamo football club, Pavel Pivovarov, spoke about the cancellation of the friendly match against Krylya Sovetov after the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow.
The match was scheduled to take place on the morning of March 23.
“In such moments, sporting tasks immediately take a back seat. The authorities of Moscow and the Moscow region ordered to cancel cultural and sporting events,” Pivovarov said in a conversation with SE.
The official noted that each team made the decision independently and did not condemn Zenit, which decided not to cancel the friendly match against Red Star.
