“First of all, we express our deepest condolences to those injured and killed in the Crocus tragedy, as well as to their families and friends. Secondly, we do not yet have new information about Vasily Utkin’s funeral. If there are any changes or news, we will definitely notify you,” the message reads.
Vasily Utkin’s funeral was scheduled to take place on Saturday. Due to the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall, all public events in Moscow over the weekend were canceled. Events are also canceled in other cities.
A group of up to five people reportedly opened fire before the concert. There are different data on the victims, but it is clear that there are dozens of dead and injured. The search for the attackers is underway and a fire also breaks out in the concert hall.
