Baked tuna with potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pre-cooked potatoes, sliced
  • 2 onions cut into strips
  • 2 cans of solid tuna, drained
  • 150 g black olives
  • Season with salt and chopped fresh thyme to taste
  • Olive oil for seasoning

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl mix the potato, onion, tuna, olives, salt and thyme.
  2. Transfer to a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and then place in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with thyme sprigs if desired.
