ingredients

  • 8 white hake fillets;
  • 1 cup Panko flour;
  • 1 Tahitian lemon;
  • 1 Sicilian lemon;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan.

Preparation method

In a bowl, place the panko flour, the Tahiti lemon zest, the Sicilian lemon zest and the grated Parmesan cheese. Melt the butter in the microwave and place it on a plate. Season the fish fillets with salt. Next, dip the fillets in the butter and then in the flour. Arrange the fillets next to each other in a baking dish. Mix what remains of the farofa with the butter and place it on top of the breaded fillets. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve it hot.
