Grilled tilapia with vegetables: simple and very tasty recipe

Grilled tilapia with vegetables

Time: 45 minutes

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt, black pepper, chopped green chilli and olive oil to taste
  • 7 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips, cooked al dente
  • 1 diced potato cooked al dente
  • 100 g of green beans cooked al dente

Preparation method:

  1. Season the fillets with the juice, ginger, salt and pepper.
  2. Over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and then sauté the garlic for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the carrot, potato, green beans, salt, pepper, green chillies and brown quickly.
  4. Meanwhile, in a pan over medium heat, melt the remaining butter and brown the fillets for 4 minutes on each side.
  5. Arrange the vegetables on top, sprinkle with green chilli and then serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
