Ingredients:
- 2 cups parboiled raw rice
- 2 cups desalted cod flakes
- 150g chopped green beans
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 diced potato
- 1 onion chopped
- 6 cups of warm water
- 1 cube of fish broth
- Salt to taste
- 150 g of grated parmesan
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation method:
- Mix the rice, cod, green beans, carrot, potato and onion in a bowl.
- Pour into a large refractory dish and cover with water mixed with fish broth and salt.
- Cover with aluminum foil and then bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until the water dries up and the ingredients are cooked.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with parmesan and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
