Arezzo board president Alessandro Giuseppe Carlucci has submitted his letter of resignation, effective May 1, the clothing company said in a statement Thursday.
The Arezzo management will await the election of the current vice-president of the board, José Ernesto Beni Bolonha, who will replace Carlucci in the assembly resolutions.
For the position of vice president of the board of directors, Arezzo will appoint Guilherme Affonso Ferreira, the company adds in the document.
Arezzo announced earlier this year its union with fashion company Grupo Soma, whose approval was recommended Tuesday by the General Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade).
