The Warehouse investment fund, managed by BTG Pactual, won the competition for the large lots at this Thursday’s power transmission auction, including the largest project offered in the event.
The fund was awarded lot 6, which involves the construction of 951 kilometers of transmission lines between the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais, offering an annual permitted revenue (RAP) of 284.388 million reais, which represents a discount of 49, 60% of the maximum value. The project was the largest of the auction in terms of investment volume, with an estimate of 3.4 billion reais.
The BTG vehicle was also awarded lot 14, for the construction of transmission lines in Bahia, with investments estimated at 2.1 billion reais, for 162.92 million reais of RAP (53.57% discount); and lot 4, with a RAP of 284.388 million reais (49.60% discount), in a project with a forecast of 990.51 million reais in contributions.
