Desenrola Brasil is extended for another 50 days by the federal government

This second extension of the program will be authorized through a Provisional Measure (MP) of the President of the Republic, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT). The publication in Official Journal of the Union is scheduled for this Thursday, the 28th.

According to the Ministry of Finance, in Brazil, 14 million people have benefited from Desenrola, which has enabled the negotiation of approximately R$50 billion in debt. Discounts on the program platform average 83%. Payments can be made in cash or in installments, without a down payment and with a maximum term of 60 months.

After the regulation, the Ministry of Finance allowed cooperation with financial agents and credit agencies to expand access to the official website. Accordingly, you can access the program through the websites and applications of Serasa Limpa Nome, Itaú Unibanco, Santander and Caixa Econômica Federal.

Track 1

Path 1, which began in October 2021, includes people with an income of up to two minimum wages or enrolled in CadÚnico. Therefore, the range includes negative debts between January 2019 and December 2022 and cannot exceed the updated value of R$ 20,000 each (original value of each debt, without program discounts).

In addition to bank debts, such as those related to credit cards, Desenrola also includes late bills from other segments, including water, energy, telephone and retail.

To access the program through the platform, you must have a GOV.br account. If partner channels are used, the user does not need to log in to the GOV.br account.
