Zamp, operator of the Burger King and Popeyes brands in Brazil, said Tuesday that three of its directors have resigned from their positions as full and independent board members, respectively.
According to what was communicated by the company to the market, the directors Iuri de Araújo Miranda, Henrique José Fernandes Luz and Lucas Cottini da Fonseca Passos have resigned, with effect from the date of the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting (AGOE) not yet called by the company.
Their positions will be filled after the election of new AGOE members, Zamp added.
