Referee Fedotov said Spartak scored a goal against Zenit in violation of the rules

Russian referee Igor Fedotov said Spartak scored a goal against Zenit in violation of the rules.

According to him, the referee should have stopped the match after touching Alexander Sobolev. He assures that the red and white attacker handled the ball with his hand.

“Spartak’s goal against Zenit could not be counted – the hand was in an unnatural position. “I don’t know why VAR didn’t intervene,” added Fedotov, whose words were reported by the Championship.

Recall that after handling the ball by Sobolev, striker Manfred Ugalde struck. He scored in the 12th minute of the match.

Earlier, KP-Sport presented highlights of Eteri Tutberidze’s show in Novosibirsk.
