Peppers stuffed with minced meat

ingredients

  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, ground white pepper and parsley to taste
  • Grated parmesan for sprinkling

Preparation method

Wash the peppers under running water and, using a knife, cut them in half. Remove the seeds and set aside. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the minced meat and brown it until it loses its reddish color. Turn off the heat and season with salt, black pepper and parsley. Then, using a spoon, fill the peppers with the meat and sprinkle them with the cheese. Arrange them on a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Garlic and chilli crostini

  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Preparation method

  • 2 red peppers, washed and dried
