Bolognese puree: learn the easy and delicious recipe

Choosing a recipe for your next lunch has never been easier, it could only be there Bolognese puree! With the right amount of proteins and carbohydrates, the preparation is an excellent single dish or even a side dish. One way or another, there is no mistake: everyone will like it!

Even on the busiest days, this recipe is a good alternative, as it is ready in just 45 minutes and allows you to prepare up to 6 portions. Economical, delicious and practical, learn the recipe for this puree:

Bolognese puree

Time: 45 minutes

Performance: 6 servings

Difficulty: easy


  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 kg of boiled and juiced potatoes
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Salt and nutmeg to taste


  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 jar of ready-made tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water
  • 1 cube of meat broth
  • Salt, chopped parsley and black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat until dry.
  2. Add the garlic and onion and fry a little.
  3. Add the sauce and tomato paste, water and beef broth and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add the parsley and remove from the heat.
  5. In another pan, heat the margarine, add the potatoes and milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from the heat, add the carrot and season with salt and nutmeg.
  7. In a small refractory pan, make a layer with half the puree, half the sauce, the other half of the puree and finish with the remaining sauce.
  8. Place in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes to warm through.
  9. Remove and serve with a green salad.
